Curly Sue Star Has Baby: Boy is Called 'Mason Blaise Autenrieth'

Curly Sue star Alisan Porter has had a baby. The news was announced that the actress and husband Brian Autenrieth welcomed the arrival of a baby boy, their first child together, Wednesday in Los Angeles.

The first thought on most people's minds as soon as they hear about a celebrity baby birth is, "What's the name?"

Porter did not disappoint fans, and she immediately made the announcement on her Twitter account saying that her baby boy will be called "Mason Blaise Autenrieth."

Porter tweeted, "Mason Blaise Autenrieth. 7 lbs 20 inches long. Born 7/17 we are all very in love."

The Curly Sue actress also posted an Instagram photo of Mason sleeping peacefully being held by his stepsister, Cassie.

The fantastic news for Porter came after what seemingly was a tough birth. In the early hours of this morning Porter had tweeted the message to her fans: "Hour 16. No baby. He's prob changing his outfit 400 times like his mother."

However, it seems that hour 17 was when little Mason would finally give in, and an hour after that initial desperate tweet, Porter tweeted another message simply saying, "Water broke."

On New Years Day 2012 Porter announced via Twitter she was expecting a baby.

"Best thing about 2012, I'm gonna be a Mommy!!!! Xo," Porter tweeted that that time.

She later revealed further details that her due date was July 17, 2012 and that she was expecting a baby boy.

On March 10, 2012, Porter married Brian Autenrieth, a fruit exporter and former Days of Our Lives actor, in California.
