Easter music: 7 powerful hymns to celebrate Resurrection Sunday

'Look ye Saints, the Sight is Glorious'

The hymn “Look ye saints, the Sight is Glorious” had words written by Thomas Kelly and is commonly put to the tune Bryn Calfaria, which was composed by William Owen.

According to the website Wordwise Hymns, the inspiration for the hymn lyrics was Revelation 11:15, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!”
