Fallout 4 Release Date Rumors: Bethesda's First-Ever E3 Showcase Might See the Game Title
Not much has been heard about Bethesda's anticipated and still rumored next installment of the open world role-playing video game "Fallout."
A lot of speculations even went to conclude that the studio is already closing the project. But that might not be the case anymore.
Earlier this week, the gaming world was stirred when the Elder Scrolls: Skyrim maker announced on their official update blog that it will have an E3 press event, the very first time for the studio.
For the firm to hold such big event, this could mean that something huge is coming that needs everyone's attention.
"With this announcement, it stands to reason that Bethesda is planning to unveil something rather large. It also seems likely it would be a new game in the Elder Scrolls or Fallout series, a true sequel from Bethesda Game Studios, and not one of their partners," Forbes wrote.
But when it comes to possibilities, there could never be closer than a Fallout 3 follow-up.
"Fallout 4, on the other hand, would appear to be the answer. Fallout 3, the last game in the series developed by Bethesda themselves, was released all the way back in 2008 for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. Fallout: New Vegas, developed by Obsidian, was still five years ago in 2010. As such, Fallout 4 is now long overdue," the publication continued.
The most-talked about event is dueto take place on Sunday, June 14, in Hollywood California.
