'General Hospital' Spoilers: Spilled Secrets Abound in the Coming Episodes

When "General Hospital" returns later, the week's episodes will see various characters attempting to keep secrets, while others spill them out to certain people.

Sonny (Maurice Benard) has a lot on his mind. The mob, in particular. Even in his hospital bed, he's fuming over Carlos' (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) death, knowing there's more to it than a simple retaliatory rub-out. While his health concerns are giving him some pain, he is still itching to find out who took Carlos down, and this is where he receives some unexpected news that sets him down a peg.

Someone in the show does know who killed Carlos because she happens to be the one that did it. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is all after avenging the death of Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan) after Carlos delivers a fatal gunshot wound to his abdomen.

Anna is in a panic and can barely contain her agitation for the murder she has committed. She finally pleads to Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) for his help. The question remains whether the truth will find her out before she has a chance to spill her secrets.

Meanwhile, Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) is drowning in his problems and has more troubles than any of the characters in the series can dare expect. Paul (Richard Burgi) may be feeding him momentary financial assistance, but the emotional toll is wearing Dillon down.

Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) cannot believe it when Ned tells her he can no longer deal with her lies and says he needs to leave her. Despite her guilt, however, she feels reprieved after Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) reveals he and Lulu (Emme Rylan) will be having a baby.

On the other hand, Brad (Parry Shen) is having legal troubles again but finally decides to seek assistance from Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), revealing everything to her. Alexis looks like she has an intriguing case on her hands, but only until she gets an unexpected surprise from Julian (William deVry).
