"Glee" returns with a time jump, and Rachel Berry (Lea Michelle) is leaving New York City to return to Lima. According to E! Online, she's going back home because she burned all her bridges trying to become a TV star. She'll head back to McKinley High to try and resurrect the Glee club, and one song that she'll be singing in the final season is "Let it Go" from Disney's "Frozen," which, incidentally, is her onscreen mother Idina Menzel's hit ballad.

Kurt (Chris Colfer) will also be returning to McKinley High with Rachel to help her take on Sue Sylvester as she tries to thwart Rachel's efforts to re-form the Glee club. Meanwhile, Blaine will also be returning to Lima and will get quite close to Dave Karofsky. Blaine's mom, named Pam Anderson, will also be finally introduced this season.

The club will also have five new members—twin Cheerios Mason and Madison, football superstar Spencer, unconventionally pretty and drily funny Jane, and the show's new underdog, shy and chubby Roderic, who is described as having a voice like Otis Redding.

As Rachel takes over the Glee club, Mr. Schue is going to have a new job. He'll be the new coach of rival Glee club, Vocal Adrenaline. Coach Bieste is also going to have a huge story arc as she embarks on a journey of intense self-discovery after leaving the abusive Coach Menkins.

Favorite Glee couples will also be featured in the new season, such as Puck and Quinn, and Brittany and Santana. One of these couples will be happily married in episode 9, but the ceremony will include a shocking twist.

Santana, Brittany, and Quinn—The Unholy Trinity—will also be back in their Cheerios uniform as they perform one last time on the football field, along with the McKinley High marching band.

"Glee" returns for its final season on Friday, Jan. 9 on Fox.
