GMA Week Begins in Nashville

Thousands of CCM fans gathered in Nashville, Tenn for GMA Week 2005 – the largest annual Christian music industry conference and showcase – on April 9, 2005.

While the highlight of the Gospel Music Association Week is the 36th annual Dove Awards – dubbed the “Christian Grammy’s” – the Gospel Music Association is showcasing dozens of concerts and events in the four days leading up to the April 13 event.

On Sunday evening, over 500 worshipers gathered at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium for the Sunday Evening Worship Service, featuring world-renowned worship artists Darlene Zschech and Michael W. Smith.
