'Grey's Anatomy' Season 10 Cast Has Good News: Jesse Williams to Be a Dad

"Grey's Anatomy" star actor Jesse Williams, who plays Dr. Jackson Avery on the show, has more to be excited about than the return of the new season of ABC's hit medical drama. The actor is expecting an addition to his family-- a new baby.

The 32-year-old "Grey's Anatomy" star and his wife Aryn Drake-Lee are going to be having their first child together, E! confirmed on Sunday Oct. 6.

Williams and his wife were married in September of 2012. A source who was a wedding guest spoke to People magazine previously, stating that the wedding was full of love.

"Jesse was beaming with joy throughout the entire ceremony. It was the perfect night with lots of smiling, laughing and emotion. You could feel the love they have for each other. They're madly in love!" the source said to People.

Jesse Williams is most well known for his role on "Grey's Anatomy," but he also had a recurring role in 2009 on the television show "Beyond the Break." Williams played the role of Eric Medina on that show, according to IMDB.com.

Williams and Drake-Lee dated for many years before being married. In previous interviews, Williams has sung his Drake-Lee's praises.

"She's been with me through all different facets of my career," explained the actor to USA Today in 2010. "She's stuck with me through thick and thick and thin. We know each other in and out."

"She is her own person," said the actor. "Being intelligent and self-made is a big deal for me."
