While Rockstar Games has yet to release "Red Dead Redemption 2," it is suspected that the game developer is already working on "Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6)" which is rumored to come with a virtual reality (VR) feature  and a female protagonist.

There is no denying that "GTA 6" is one of the most highly anticipated games. Despite this, the game is not expected to arrive anytime soon. Apart from the fact that Rockstar has yet to release one of its equally highly anticipated game, "Red Dead Redemption 2," it was reported earlier that Rockstar is still enjoying a good amount of cash inflow from "GTA 5 Online."

While Rockstar has yet to officially announce "GTA 6," rumors claiming that the game is slated for a 2020 release continue to swirl online. As earlier rumors claimed that the highly anticipated game is being developed for the next-generation consoles, the supposed Xbox Two and PlayStation 5, it is alleged that the game will come with impressive features, including VR.

Apart from the speculations on "GTA 6" coming with a VR feature, persistent rumors also claim that the game will feature a female antagonist to be modeled after Hollywood actress Eva Mendez, although it will also come with a male hero, supposedly to be modeled after Ryan Gosling.

There are also numerous unconfirmed reports on where "GTA 6" will possibly be set. While there were those alleging that the game will be set in London, Tokyo, or even in Manila, rumors claiming that it will still be set in America and will feature the whole map of the country have grown louder for the past couple of months.

Exciting as the rumors about "GTA 6" is, unfortunately, they are nothing more than speculations at this point in time. Hence, until Rockstar officially announces the game and confirms the things mentioned above, everything about "GTA 6" must be taken with a grain of salt for now.
