Herman Cain Sexual Harassment Allegations: Gloria Cain Dismisses Rumors

Gloria Cain, the wife of Republican presidential frontrunner Herman Cain, finally stepped into the limelight and chose to defend her husband against the various sexual allegations surrounding his campaign.

Gloria claimed her husband of 43 years is innocent, because the claims brought against Herman do not match his character.

“To hear such graphic allegations and know that that would have been something that was totally disrespectful of her as a woman and I know that’s not the person [Herman] is,” said the homemaker to FOX News.

The “graphic allegations” Gloria referenced to were purported by Sharon Bialek, the fourth accuser to speak against the GOP candidate. Bialek held a press conference and described Herman's sexual advances, which-among other claims-included moving her head near his privates.

“I know that’s not the person he is. He totally respects women,” said Gloria.

Now in week three of battling sexual harassment rumors, Herman has flatly denied all allegations. Although Bialek and Karen Kraushaar, another accuser to publicly speak, has come forward, Herman continues to call the accusers “anonymous,” and their accusations “baseless,” and “totally false.”

That may not be enough for the finger pointing to cease, however.

Kraushaar and Bialek have tried to schedule a press conference with the other women who claims to be a victim of Herman’s sexual advances. So far, they have not had much luck, as the mystery women remain publicly unidentified.

Kraushaar’s aim in uniting the women is to expose the sexual harassment allegations for the last time. Kraushaar cited “safety in numbers” as a useful tactic to make it tougher for Herman Cain’s supporters to demonize the victims, according to CNN.

Now, the support of Gloria may turn the tide in her husband’s favor. Voters’ questions concerning the business executive’s moral fiber could be assuaged by the testimony of his devoted wife.

“I’m thinking [my husband] would have to have a split personality to do the things that were said,” Gloria added.
