The 36-year-old host of HGTV's home renovation television program took to social media on Monday afternoon to recall the traumatic experience that the music festival goers had gone through, and offered his condolences to those who lost their loved ones from the deadly attack.

The "Flip or Flop" host added, "Give your family and friends a hug today and let them know they are safe and loved."

Before this particular post though, he also uploaded a photo of himself and two friends at the concert. "Hope I make it home tonight," he reportedly captioned the image.

It was supposedly meant to be a joke, considering the number of people that would be at the event, which would make it difficult to leave the venue, but after news about the incident broke out, a lot of his fans found it quite eerie and also became worried about him.

The said post has already been removed from his Instagram page.

To assure his fans that he was okay, he reportedly posted an Instagram story letting them know that he had already left the concert before the shooting began.

The shooting took place during country artist Jason Aldean's set. He later went on social media to express how heartbroken he was over the horrific incident and informed his fans that he and his team are safe.

The suspect of the Las Vegas shooting has been already identified as a 64-year-old retiree named Stephen Paddock. However, he was found dead inside his hotel room and is believed to have killed himself.
