Hilary Duff Weight Loss Photos: Star Tweets Skinny Jeans

Hilary Duff recently unveiled that losing weight after giving birth has been a long process. But it appears the star's efforts are paying off after tweeting a picture of her size 26 skinny jeans.

Duff has commented in the past that it takes patience to lose the nine months of build up weight that accrues during pregnancy.

"It takes your body nine months to get there -- really 10 months. So I'm trying to be patient but I'm working hard. And I think now more than ever, I appreciate my body and what it's done for me," Duff said in an October interview with Parent Magazine.

Duff also added that she isn't one of those women who could lose the weight just after giving birth.

"There are some women who look the same right after -- I think they are freaks of nature! I don't know how that happens," she said.

Duff gave birth to her first son, Luca, with hockey player Mike Comrie in March. Duff attempted to lose weight afterwards but apparently lost a little bit of patience doing it on her own, so the former Disney star decided to hire Los Angeles-based personal trainer and boxing instructor Gabe Johns about two and half months ago, according to Us Weekly.

Since, Duff has been working hard to lose the last few pounds.

"Hilary and Gabe have been doing everything from boxing to two-a-day workouts incorporating wind sprints and jump roping in an effort to finally shed the baby weight. Hilary's been steadily dropping pounds each week," Gabe's representative told the publication.

Duff seems happy with the results and grateful to Johns for helping her back into her skinny jeans.

"Yaaaa b------! Gabe Johns you're kickin my a-- and its paying off! Skinny jeans! lets go!" the star wrote on Twitter, posting a photo of size 26 skinny jeans.
