'iZombie' Season 2 Episode 10 Spoilers: Liv Returns to School in 'Method Head'

Liv (Rose McIver) is going back to school!

Well, at least in the set of a fictional zombie high school TV show, that is.

In the upcoming midseason premiere of "iZombie," Liv will try to solve the crime of a murdered actor on the show "Zombie High," and fans can't help but notice that Liv is back "on the field." In the last episode, Detective Clive Babineaux (Malcolm Goodwin) decided that he can't work with Liv anymore, and asked her not to join him in his investigations. According to Fashion & Style, since Liv is seen out on the field investigating a new murder case again, she and Clive might already have "patched things up."

The website also teased that Liv may tap into her inner acting skills, since she was spotted doing a scene with another actor in the sneak peek released for the next episode. The former medical resident was slapping an actor before the director yelled, "Cut!" On another scene, Liv was talking with Ravi (Rahul Kohli), and said, "I thought you hated the show?" Ravi can only say that it's like an addiction with pork rinds, in which he "cannot stop." Fans can't wait to see the whole banter between the two morgue employees once the show comes back next year.

The full episode summary of "iZombie" was posted on The Futon Critic, and it reads, "Too cool for school. Liv (Rose McIver) is crushed to discover that the lead actor on her favorite show, "Zombie High" has been murdered on set. Meanwhile, Vaughn (guest star Steven Weber) tests Major's (Robert Buckley) loyalty, and Ravi (Rahul Kohli) delivers bad news. Lastly, Blaine (David Anders) receives an unexpected visitor."

"iZombie" season 2 episode 12 will come back next year on Jan. 12, Tuesday, on The CW network.
