Millions tuned in to ABC's broadcast coverage of the Oscars 2013 on Sunday night, making the announcement about Jones immediately go viral across the Internet as thousands wait eagerly for the new season to start.

Rumors have been rife over recent days about who was being lined up for the new season, and although the Baltimore Ravens' player is only first contestant to be revealed so far, another announcement will be made on Tuesday.

It has been confirmed that the other new contestants will announced Tuesday on "Good Morning America."

The new season of DWTS's is set to premiere March 18, and is expected to be hugely popular again this year.

Jones should be an immediate hit with fans; he is well known for his extravagant celebratory dance moves in the end zone after scoring touchdowns.

Jones could straight away be one of the favorites to take the DWTS title as well. So far through the DWTS's history three NFL stars have already won the competition; Emmitt Smith, Hines Ward and Donald Driver.

Jones famously scored two touchdowns as the Ravens stormed to victory in this year's Super Bowl. He has been with the Ravens since last year and has immediately made a huge impact, helping take the team to the top of the NFL.
