"Striking a beautiful balance between seasoned talent and fresh-faced creativity, Jars of Clay crafted a stunning set of songs that is both impressive and inspired. From the controlled agitation of 'Loneliness & Alcohol' to the somber ebb and flow of 'Fall Asleep,' this session flawlessly runs the sonic and emotional gamut," said NoiseTrade in a press release.

"And since it is FREE (or with a tip- if you are so inclined), we think it is the perfect time for you to invite your music loving pals to enjoy the download for their own. Please pass along the link - you can even use the spiffy 'share' tools that Noisetrade has right on the EP's page," the band said in an email newsletter to their fans.

They began recording Inland in the summer of 2012, and the first single, "After the Fight" came out on June 18.

Jars of Clay have 11 studio albums, two live EPs, three compilation albums, and 32 singles. They have two platinum albums, and two gold albums.

Their first release was from 1995, when they broke into the Christian market with their huge single "Flood."
