Paula White-Cain, a prominent former megachurch pastor and televangelist, who serves as head of the White House Faith Office, shared her condolences in a statement on Facebook along with multiple photos of the two together.
“Today a General for the kingdom, a pioneer, a worldwide evangelist and MY FRIEND went to be with The Lord,” said White-Cain. “With tears in my eyes .. I will miss you @jonilamb .. and I know you are in the Presence of God.. fully perfected .. You finished your course.”
Lamb reportedly had been scheduled to attend a birthday party for White-Cain shortly before her death. Former 700 Club Canada co-host Laura-Lynn Tyler Thompson tweeted a couple of days before Lamb’s death that she and her husband had mysteriously no-showed the party.
