@EvelynHorwitz said she's a “real Belieber” and wrote a poem: “Dear Mariah Yeater, Roses are red, violets are blue, stay away from Bieber or Beliebers will kill you.”

While user @KarenortizJDB said, “I should give you a device. Well, go away before millions of Beliebers kill you."

Jay Galarza took to Facebook and said, "I cant wait till dey do da test and say Justin u r NOT DA FATHER."

“These girls are obsessed with Justin. They probably think the girl is lying about being with him and trying to take advantage of him,” Dr. Jeffrey Gardere told FOX411.com.

“They may believe that in many ways she is destroying the squeaky clean image that they love about him, so they are angry about it. Some may think there is the possibility he could have had relations, but feel that she may be trying to openly black mail him into being into some kind of a relationship and they are angry there idol is being squeezed, manipulated, embarrassed,” he added.

Sources told TMZ that Bieber is adamant he never had any sort of relations with Mariah Yeater, the woman making the claims.

In fact sources told TMZ, Bieber thinks he has never even met her before.

The young star believes the story "is completely made up," and took to his Twitter to express his feelings on the matter.

"Im going to ignore the rumors...and focus on what is real. an opportunity to help by doing what i love. Judge me on the music! Love yall!," he said.

Yeater claims upon meeting Bieber, "Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss,” said Yeater in the hand-written complaint.

“Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone. I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time,” Yeater added.

A representative for Bieber told TMZ: "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."

The alleged "private area" was a bathroom.

“We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically,” Yeater claimed.

She then said, Bieber began to touch her and said he wanted to engage in sexual activity. When Yeater asked Bieber to use protection, he insisted otherwise because "it was his first time and he wanted to feel everything."

Yeater claimed the whole affair happened in less than a minute. She has since then had a 3-month-old baby boy.

Key aspects to this story are the possible rape charges for Yeater. Bieber was 16 at the time and under California law, the age of consent is 18.
