Justin and Hailey Bieber attended a Churchome service at Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, California, on Wednesday amid recent news of Hailey Bieber's father, actor Stephen Baldwin, sharing a post seeking prayers for the married couple.

The Biebers, who married in 2018, were spotted arriving at a night church service at the Beverly Hills church driving their $90,000 Tesla Cybertruck, according to Page Six.

The Daily Mail reported Thursday that the couple's attendance at the church came only hours after Baldwin reposted a video by All Things Possible Ministries founder Victor Marx asking Christians to offer a prayer for the Biebers. Baldwin has since taken down his repost.

Hailey Bieber was photographed wearing a yellow sweater and baggy jeans while her husband's face was hidden under a black hoodie sweatshirt.

Marx's post included a video showing Justin Bieber strumming on the guitar and singing along to "I Could Sing of Your Love Forever" by Delirious? and Hillsong Worship.

"Christians, please when you think of Justin & Hailey, take a moment to offer a little prayer for them to have wisdom, protection and to draw close to the Lord," Marx wrote along with the clip.

Marx stated his wife, Eileen Marx, and Hailey's mom, Kennya Baldwin, "often pray together" for Justin and Hailey Bieber.

"There are special challenges that folks in high visibility positions face and also the enemy doesn't want them to draw closer to Jesus," he wrote.

"So often regardless of the material things or the accolades they often face spiritual warfare that intense and seeks to ship-wreck their faith, marriage and life in general. So thank you."

Baldwin reposted the request for prayer in his Instagram story. However, he did not offer any more information on the specifics of any problems his daughter and son-in-law are facing.

Justin and Hailey Bieber have not shied away from discussing how their faith has played a vital role in their marriage.

In a November 2021 podcast about marriage and relationships, Justin Bieber stated that things he went through in the past once left him with "trauma and scars." He said at the time that the only way he could enter into a "healthy" marriage relationship was by experiencing "serious" healing.

For the podcast episode of "In Good Faith" hosted by Pastor Judah Smith and his wife, Chelsea, of Churchome in Kirkland, Washington, the couple participated in a discussion titled: "Why Marriage?"

"I had a lot of trauma and scars, so I just committed to working on those things, getting healthy. And Hailey just accepted me as I was," Justin Bieber recalled before getting married in September 2018.

"And when we got married, there was still a lot of damage and hurt that I still needed to work through, but she had seen my heart through it all. And I could cry thinking about it, to be honest. I just came to a point when I was like: 'There's no other thing that I want more.'"

Hailey Bieber added in the 2021 podcast that her husband went through a healing process. However, she said the journey remains partly a mystery to her. But, she is glad he "endured" and that they are in a place where they are "united" in their marriage.

"There was a lot of that work that I didn't even know was going on because I wasn't a part of it. And I'm totally fine with that," she said. "It's just that I'm grateful that you decided to do the work."

In 2020, Hailey Bieber told Elle that their walk with Jesus was the "most important part of our relationship."

"Following Jesus together, being a part of the church community together, it's everything," she said.

The couple has faced their fair share of obstacles.

In 2022, Justin Bieber received a medical diagnosis that caused him to cancel several concert dates.

At the time, he publicly asked fans to pray for him as he battled Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which has caused the right side of his face to have paralysis. He also said that he trusted God and that "it's all for a reason."

"Obviously, as you can probably see from my face, I have this syndrome called Ramsay Hunt syndrome, and it is from this virus that attacks the nerves in my ear and my facial nerves and has caused my face to have paralysis," the singer and devout Christian said in an Instagram video that year.

"As you can see, this eye is not blinking. I can't smile on this side of my face. This nostril will not move, so there's full paralysis on this side of my face," the Grammy winner told his 241 million followers at the time.

"So for those who are frustrated by my cancellations of the next shows, I'm just physically, obviously not able of doing them. This is pretty serious, as you can see," he said.

Ramsay Hunt syndrome is a rare neurological disorder that causes paralysis of the facial nerve or facial palsy and a rash affecting the ear or mouth. Ear abnormalities such as ringing in the ears (tinnitus) and hearing loss may also be present, according to the Rare Disease Database.

"I wish this wasn't the case but obviously my body is telling me I got to slow down," he continued. "I hope you guys understand, and I'm using this time to just rest and relax and get back to 100% so I can do what I was born to do."

The singer told his fans, "It's going to be OK, and I have hope."

"I trust God, and I trust that it's all for a reason. I'm not sure what that is right now, but in the meantime, I'm going to rest, and I love you guys," he concluded.

In March 2023, Justin Bieber posted an update on his recovery from Ramsay Hunt syndrome. In an Instagram story post, he showed that he can fully smile with both sides of his face.
