Vice President Kamala Harris sat down with Fox News anchor Bret Baier on Wednesday in Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania, for her first interview with the right-leaning network.

Their exchange, which was originally scheduled to extend an hour, lasted 30 minutes and became contentious as the two repeatedly spoke over each other. Harris repeatedly pivoted to attacking former President Donald Trump as Baier pressed her to defend her own administration's track record on issues such as illegal immigration, Biden's mental acuity and taxpayer-funded trans procedure for prison inmates.

Here are five highlights from the interview.
