Kanye West Blasts Men's Fashion in Twitter Rant

Kanye West expressed a few of his least-favorite styles in a series of tweets starting with "I hate" on Saturday.

The Grammy Award-winning rapper has also tried his hand as a fashion designer and launched his women's fashion label, DW Kanye West, last year. He has also designed a shoe line for Louis Vuitton.

West's knowledge of the fashion industry has instilled strong opinions in him regarding personal taste in clothing. The 34-year-old took to Twitter with "detest."

"Just driving through the city and I see a few things I hate," West began before listing several items.

"I hate button up shirt with hoodies," wrote the rapper. "I hate hoodies with sport coats. I hate sport coats with button up shirts, jeans and dress shoes."

The "Runaway" singer listed several more items, including khaki cargo shorts, striped scarves, and sideburns. He noted that all of the items were spotted within just five city blocks.

"I'm on my snob," concluded West after the series of posts.

Many people consider West a fashion icon as well as an expert in the field, but West shared on Twitter that picking an outfit to wear is still sometimes difficult.

"Hmmmmm what to wear," the rapper posted on his Twitter account earlier this year. "here I go again… Yeezy the trend setter for complete f- fashion victim… the verdict is still out."

In the past, the multi-faceted artist divulged his greatest skills on the social media site.

"My area of expertise is in music, my passion is in music design film and products… my strength is connectivity," wrote Wests.

West has released five solo albums in addition to two collaboration albums, including "Watch the Throne" with hip hop mogul Jay-Z.

Today, many media sources speculate that West is romantically involved with reality television star Kim Kardashian. Neither party has confirmed the details of their relationship.
