Kardashian Christmas Special Canceled Due to Divorce Fallout

A Kardashian Christmas special has been scrapped, according to an insider close to the family.

The insider has claimed that the Kardashian family were planning a festive special as a spin-off from their “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” show. However, the insider adds that the program has now been scrapped because of Kim’s divorce from husband of 72 days Kris Humphries.

Other members of the family are also rumored to have had “too many commitments” to join together for the show, and that is also thought to be another factor behind the cancellation of the plans.

A source told the New York Post: “It didn’t look promising due to schedule conflicts, but once Kim’s divorce happened it was definitely not possible.”

Kim Kardashian has gone about trying to mend the damage that her shockingly short marriage to Kris Humphries has had on her image. On Wednesday she attended Los Angeles Mission to help serve food to homeless people.

Kim tweeted: “We fed so many today…their goal is to feed 120,000 people by the end of the year. Every one of us can do something small that will make a huge difference to someone else."
