'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' Cast News, Rumors: Kim, Khloe, Kylie Already Preparing for Their Babies; Kourtney Shuts Down Scott's Act

All three allegedly expecting siblings — Kim, Khloe, and Kylie — are prepping up for their incoming babies. Meanwhile, Kourtney shuts down Scott's pity act on the next episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

A source told PEOPLE that Khloe and Kylie, who are reportedly both having their first born child soon, are already laying out their nurseries with the help of the family.

"Khloé and Kylie are both starting to plan out their nurseries, and Kim and Kourtney are also involved in the process. All the sisters are super excited, and Kris has been helping as well," the source revealed.

In addition to setting up the nursery, Khloe was reported to be already looking for a new home to share with her boyfriend, Cleveland Cavaliers' Tristan Thompson. Meanwhile, Kylie is choosing to stay away from the media for now and wants to be out of the public eye.

"She feels good, but her body is changing. She doesn't want to be photographed. At the moment, she wants more privacy," added the source.

To show their support, Kylie's friends and family are the ones who come to her house to keep her company. But even though Kylie wants to keep her pregnancy private, the business mogul is reportedly excited and has begun shopping for her little one.

Meanwhile, Kourtney speaks up about Scott's behavior of trying to make her look bad in their situation.

In a preview shared by E! News, Kris tells Kourtney that Scott may have been jealous that she's having fun with other people.

However, Kourtney gets angry because she feels that Scott has been making her look bad because of how everyone feels sorry for him. And when Kris says that Scott is giving his heart to her on a platter, Kourtney cuts her.

"He's not though! That's what he makes it seem! To you, to Kim, to Khloe, to the world, to everybody! ... So if that was his truth, why can't he get it together?" Kourtney tells Kris, adding that she has to deal with seeing Scott with a different girl almost every day.

"Keeping Up With the Kardashians" airs every Sunday night at 9 p.m. EDT on E!
