Kardashian also appeared in 2008's parody film, "Disaster Movie" and "CSI: NY" in 2009.Tyler Perry's upcoming film, "The Marriage Counselor," which will debut later this year, also features Kardashian in a supporting role.

To help her land the role in the Tyler Perry film, Kardashian enlisted Susan Batson, the acting coach who has worked with the likes of Jamie Foxx, Nicole Kidman, Tom Cruise and Jennifer Lopez.

Kardashian chose Batson to help with her role in Perry's film, as well as purge her feelings on the heels of filing for divorce from her husband of 72 days, NBA player Kris Humphries, Life & Style magazine reported.

"Kim had been confident about the movie, but with recent events she has been worried that the stress of her real life would show through," a source told the magazine. "So that's what Susan was there for."

But Kim, 31, isn't the only Kardashian with some new business ventures. Her younger sister, Khloe Kardashian announced earlier this week that she will be the new host of a talk radio show in Dallas.

"I have some very exciting news for you," Khloe posted on her blog Tuesday night. "I'm returning to radio!!!!!! I'll be joining the team at Mix 102.9 every day from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (CST) for my very own show, 'The Mix Up with Khloe,' and I could not be more thrilled about it!"

"Drop Dead Diva" will begin airing new episodes this summer, with Kardashian making her first appearance on the season premiere.
