Kingdom Hearts 3 News: Nomura Talks About This 'Burning Anger' as Part of His Creative Process

The much-anticipated Kingdom Hearts 3 is Square Enix's and Disney's eighth installment of the hit Kingdom Hearts game series and will be the first to be featured on Microsoft gaming platform.

While it is reported to have already been in its development stage, a release date hasn't been officially announced yet. However, new interesting details about the game were making rounds in the internet these days. One of which is about Kingdom Hearts 3 director, Tetsuya Nomura talking about his creative process as well as the challenges that he and his team at SE have to face while developing the upcoming game installment.

Gaming Bolt cited the former Final Fantasy XV director giving his personal message in the recently-released Kingdom Hearts Memorial Ultimania guide.

"If I had to pick, I am a person more on the dark side like Xehanort and co., I harness the burning anger in my heart into what I create. Kingdom Hearts 3's current development explodes very much in this sense. Each time, it's a battle with Sora and co. who are the exact opposite of myself, it's been over 10 years and yet we haven't reached a conclusion," he explained. "This battle will surely last longer."

"In Kingdom Hearts 3 as well, I am scheming many challenges that Sora and his friends must overcome, because I myself cannot lose either. And in preparation for the great battle that lies ahead, we have this one book that looks back on their entire journey," Nomura continued.

"When I think about it, I had an explosive mindset when I made the first Kingdom Hearts as well," the game director went on to add.

Kingdom Hearts 3 will be made available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in a yet undiscerned date. Nonetheless, the Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD ReMIX for PS3 will be launched in North America region this December.
