Kris Humphries Taking Kim Kardashian to Court for Money?

Kris Humphries, 27-year-old New Jersey Nets forward, has requested the financial records of Kim Karadshian, 31-year-old reality television star, in an ongoing process involving his fighting for an annulment from the woman who filed for a divorce from him after 72 days.

Humphries reportedly had his attorney file a "Notice of Fiduciary Duty and Remedies for the Breach of the Fiduciary Duty," which will serve as an official request for Kardashian to make her accounting books accessible so that all of her financial transactions during the pair's marriage are open. A source reportedly told RadarOnline that Humphries felt Kardashian was lying about her finances during the time they were married.

"Kris feels that Kim hasn't given an honest and accurate accounting of money they made while they were married," the source said. "Kris has complied with turning over his bank records, credit card statements, but Kim hasn't, and she has been stalling."

The source close to Humphries also told the publication that the NBA player wanted Kardashian to return the $200,000 worth of wedding gifts that were given to the pair for their nuptials, since she chose to contribute money to charity instead.

"Kim stated that she made a $200k donation to a charity for the value of the wedding gifts, but, Kris can't comprehend why Kim wouldn't just return the gifts, especially to his guests who aren't Hollywood movers and shakers," the source said. "Kris wants Kim to turn over the wedding gifts that were given by his family and friends so he can get them a refund. Kris doesn't believe that Kim has the gifts, and that she absolutely did exchange all wedding gifts for jewelry for herself and her family."

The source said Humphries reportedly wants to take his soon-to-be ex-wife to trial so that she could testify under oath about the valuable gifts.

"Kris wants to go to trial and have his lawyers ask Kim on the witness stand, under oath, what has really happened to the wedding gifts," the source said.
