Legendary Christian Rockers White Heart Reunite for Tour

Legendary Christian rock band, White Heart, took to Facebook to speak about their plans for a reunion.

"It's official, coming this fall. The White Heart Reunion Tour. Dates and info coming soon. Stay tuned..."

That Facebook post garnered 399 Likes, 77 shares, and 106 comments.

"Coming this October...Rick Florian, Gordon Kennedy, Mark Gersmehl, Billy Smiley, Jon Knox & Anthony Sallee in a special limited night WHITE HEART Reunion Tour. Details coming tell your friends to LIKE our page to get the updates. And you won't believe who is going to be touring with us. This is going to be exciting!" their Facebook said less than 24 hours ago.

They are looking for churches and arenas to hold their events and shows.

"HOSTING THE TOUR: If you are a promoter, church leader or owner of a venue that will seat 1500+ guest and you want to host one of the 6 dates this October, then you need to email the show producer right away. Send inquiry & info to," they said.

White Heart was founded in 1982 and was active until 1997, when they released their last album.

The band was elected into the Christian Music Hall of Fame in 2010, yet they never won a Dove Award.

They have 11 albums and 13 compilation albums.

17 different band members have gone through the lineup of the band, with the only constants being guitarists Bill Smiley and Mark Gersmehl.
