Ski champion Lindsay Vonn has undergone some major life changes recently, and it seems that they are all for the better. She has been dating golfer Tiger Woods, and is extremely happy in her relationship.

Vonn recently spoke with People about how happy she is with Tiger Woods.

"I went from being married to living on my own in L.A., to having a new boyfriend and just being totally self-sufficient and super independent. It's awesome. I love it!" the athlete said.

She has in the past talked about some playful points of contention in her relationship with Woods.

"We're really competitive with everything, ping pong, tennis and whatever. I usually lose, which is really depressing," the athlete previsouly told USA Today.

But it seems the depression and comptitiveness are not lasting qualities of the relationship, as the skiier said she finds no faults with Tiger Woods.

"There's really nothing about him that bothers me. He doesn't even leave the seat up! It's awesome," she said.

Perhaps the strength of their relationship lies in the fact that their careers are so similar. Vonn spoke to USA Today about how she can understnad things Tiger has to go through as a pro golfer, for they are similar to what she has to go though.

For example, when Tiger was suffering from back spasm, Vonn could relate because of her own sports-related injuries.

"I know the feeling. I thought he was going to withdraw. I can't even imagine continuing to play golf especially because golf is so much about your back and your back mobility. I've fought through lot of injuries and continued racing but backs are always tricky. You have to be able to move and if it's in complete spasm it's hard to mentally push through that when you're so physically hindered," the skiier said.
