MacBook Pro 2016 Release Date Rumors: Two Possible Launching Dates Doing the Rounds

During the outing of Apple's current flagship, the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus, the Cupertino-based tech giant also announced its latest line of gadgets. The event, however, culminated with them mentioning the MacBook Pro.

The public were left wondering about the targeted release date of the device which is slated to replace the current 13.3-incher.

Several reports surfaced over the week saying that the gadget, along with the purported new-gen MacBook Air and the iPad Air 3 will be hitting the shelves just in time for Christmas.

However, there are some claims saying that the aforementioned devices will most likely to arrive in the first quarter of 2016.

The report from MNRDaily.com stipulates that regardless of these two conflicting information, it's only Apple who solely knows when it will unveil the MacBook Pro 2016. But the data are giving the signs. The media outlet cited one report saying that with the decline in their current sales, the tech behemoth could be rethinking their launch and release dates for next year.

The decision to forgo a year-ender release could be the company's move to "cut down costs," the site wrote. Furthermore, withholding the new MacBooks and the iPad could be due to their plan to avoid sales clash with their recently-outed tech products.

Regardless of which, the new MacBook Pro 2016 is rumoured to arrive in the Apple Stores with two new flavors: one holds a 13-inch screen while the other is a 15-incher. The word on the street indicates that both variants will be packed with the latest operating system, the OS X El Capitan.

The anticipated device is also thought to carry along a much improved battery life, a polished Force Touch system, while also retaining the type-C USB port. As for the price, the smaller version might start at $1500 while the other might have a $1699 tag.
