Miley Cyrus Admits to Smoking Weed at Birthday Bash (VIDEO)

Miley Cyrus was caught on video admitting to gratuitous marijuana usage at her recent birthday party at the Roosevelt Hotel Beacher’s Madhouse Club in Los Angeles.

The 19-year-old celebrity publicly labeled herself a “stoner,” even though all her friends, family, random partygoers, and a video camera witnessed her at the time.

The pop singer’s comments came after witnessing her birthday cake that friends made with the image of Bob Marley— a known advocate of marijuana’s effects.

Unsurprised by the gesture, Cyrus said: “You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake,” as seen on the video.
Laughing, the pop star also added: “You know you smoke way too much f------ weed,” referring to herself.

The scandal comes a year after her 18th birthday party that featured Cyrus in a video, smoking an unknown substance from a bong. Although the device is usually used for marijuana, the actress claimed she smoked salvia, a plant legal for consumption in California.

Kelly Osbourne, a guest of Cyrus’ at this year’s birthday bash, decided to comment on the cake during the video. After the “Hannah Montana” star’s blatant recorded confession, Osbourne said into the microphone, “I thought salvia was your problem.”

Although Cyrus may not take her purported drug usage seriously— she seems exuberant, both times, she is recorded concerning drugs— perhaps her friends realize the seriousness of the situation.

Osbourne attempted to defend Cyrus through Twitter, tweeting: “u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think."

The Tennessee singer has not publicly defended herself so far.

A source from The Daily had choice words for the star, however, saying her marijuana usage is well known.

“Everyone in the room knows she’s a pothead,” said the source, which explains Cyrus’ willingness to divulge this previously unknown information.

Cyrus also received much media scrutiny for her apparent weight gain in recent months.
