Nicki Minaj Exposed During Morning Performance

Nicki Minaj, a rapper currently touring with singer Britney Spears, suffered from a wardrobe malfunction during her Friday appearance on Good Morning America.

While performing her featured verse from singer David Guetta’s “Where Them Girls At,” Minaj’s entire breast was exposed to the camera. Although ABC reported that the network had a five second delay in place, it only prevented the west coast from seeing the incident.

The east coast was exposed to the rapper’s naked body part for seconds before she realized and adjusted herself. Tim Winter, president of the Parents Television Council, expressed his outrage about the incident to TMZ.

"For the umpteenth time in recent memory a morning news show has included inappropriate content for children and families," Winter said.

Although ABC networks did not release the performance footage on its website, it issued a public apology to any of those offended by their show.

"Although we had a five-second delay in place for the Nicki Minaj concert on 'GMA,' the live East Coast feed of the concert regrettably included certain fleeting images of the performer that were taken out of later feeds of the broadcast in other time zones," an ABC News spokesperson told NewsCore. "We are sorry that this occurred."

Winters told TMZ that the apology was not enough.

"Instead of asking for forgiveness, they need to stop apologizing and implement the five second delay that so many Americans have been calling for, ” the PTC president said.

Minaj, who seemed to recover from the incident quickly to continue her 30-minute show, expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to perform at GMA.

"U guys just gave me LIFE. I love u Team Minaj! Words could never do this love justice! Thank u @Gma!!!!! Honored," she wrote on Twitter.

Aside from her tour with Britney Spears and preparing for her next album, Minaj spoke with Robin Roberts about her future business ventures. The rapper told Roberts that she is the newest addition to the “Ice age 4” animated movie, joining a cast of Ray Romano, Jennifer Lopez, Queen Latifah and fellow label mate Drake.
