Note to the Jews: Be Prepared to Fight Back

Last week in Ukraine, leaflets were being disseminated saying Jews were required to register with the government or face being thrown out of the country and their possessions seized. More and more, they have been debunked as a hoax. Jews in America, and worldwide, should nonetheless take this seriously, and recognize that - when the time comes - if they don't fight back, they will die.

US Ambassador to Ukraine, Geoff Pyatt, confirmed that the leaflets were real, according to Jake Tapper of CNN:

ID and passport are required to register your Jewish religion, religious documents of family members, as well as documents establishing the rights to all real estate property that belongs to you, including vehicles," the leaflet goes on to note.

But pro-Russian forces in Donetsk denied any role in the creation of the leaflets. The head of the Russian separatists, Dennis Pushilin, called them, "a provocation."

Donetsk's Chief Rabbi, Pinchas Vishedski, agreed that the flyers were a hoax, telling journalists, "I think it's someone trying to use the Jewish community in Donetsk as an instrument in this conflict. That's why we're upset,"

The mere existence of these leaflets is jarring. Frightening, actually, for those who are Jewish and identify with their Judaism with more than just new clothes on high holy days and corned beef sandwiches from the Carnegie Deli or Brent's.

What would they do if told to register? Being Jewish, how would they react if they were there? Since requiring human beings to register with the government never ends with milkshakes and hugs, how rough would things get? How far would they go to set things right? How far would the other Jews around them go? Would there be anyone by their side?

Jews in America have been baffling in their support of policies that are detrimental to their existence, and in far too stark a contrast to their history. Harvey Weinstein speaks with venom about the NRA, stating that he will make movies that make NRA members, "wish they were never born." Yet, the NRA - and millions of law abiding gun owners in America - are on the side of the Jews and history; of the recognition and the importance of protection of one's life.

In the 2012 presidential election, 69 percent of Jews voted for Barack Obama. The Republican Jewish Coalition hailed this development, because it was down from 2008's whopping 78 percent. Politicians like Sens. Feinstein, Boxer and Schumer support former Mayor Michael Bloomberg, who has been railing against the Second Amendment and the NRA for years. His Mayors Against Illegal Guns, an organization that claims to be about safety and children, is nothing more than a ruse to keep people from their rights to protect themselves, the ones they love and their property.

They have since morphed MAIG (along with their anti-protection partner Shannon Watts and Moms Demand Action) into the newly created Everytown. This is agitprop, and clever marketing to mask true intentions.

Do Jews in America really believe that the circle of history can't come back to crash upon their heads?

To believe in the proposition that times have changed and that the need to protect one's self with a gun is unnecessary is as ignorant of a position as believing that what is happening there can not happen here.

How many more times should it be proven that we must always remain vigilant to threats against liberty?

Mayor Bloomberg (whose parents were Jewish) and Sens. Feinstein, Boxer and Schumer (all Jewish) support a rigid ideology that exists only and exclusively to their detriment, as well as the detriment of every citizen in the United States (and the world!) who wants to live free. They believe, unfortunately and dangerously, in ideology over humanity.
Jews (myself included) must realize that the flyers in Donetsk can one day be real. If there are those who look upon Jews as "less than," Jews must stand up and fight and fight hard. They must arm themselves and be no easy target. They must push back with a resistance so great and so strong and so forceful that the world recognizes these are not the Jews of the past, and they have learned from their history.

Far too many Jews have paid no mind to the radical Jihadists, nor to the holocaust deniers. They allowed themselves to feel for the BDS liars on campuses nationwide who wrongly called Israel an apartheid state. They voted for and financially supported other Jews (in politics and in media, like Weinstein and others) who push for and advocate policies that keep them unarmed and unsafe.

If that was you, you were wrong. History has given you yet another warning. You must be prepared to fight back. It starts with your votes.
