One Man Cared for the Homeless Like Jesus Would – While Others Turned Their Backs

Credit :

Narayanan Krishnan is an Indian chef that decided one day to quit his career as a leading chef. Instead he wanted to do something incredibly selfless and inspiring. In 2002 he began to supply the homeless people in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

It all started when Narayanan saw a homeless man starving outside of a hotel that he was staying at.

"I had never seen a person eating so fast, ever. As he ate the food, his eyes were filled with tears. Those were the tears of happiness," he said.

There were many in his own community that had been starving for some time and he decided to give his life to serving them. He realizes he could just feed them food everyday with a normal job, but he wanted to do more.

This amazing man not only wanted to feed these people food, but also LOVE. Anyone can leave you some food here and there. But love is something you feel inside and this man made sure they felt both.
