Ousted Destiny's Child Member Reveals Feelings About Super Bowl Performance

Destiny's Child's, Grammy Award-winning R&B group, may have reunited on the Super Bowl halftime show stage, but one of the group's former members is reacting to the reunion 13 years after being booted from the group.

LaTavia Roberson, 31-year-old Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter, watched her former group members Beyonce Knowles and Kelly Rowland share the stage at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, La. for a Super Bowl halftime performance recently. However, she did not have any ill feelings toward her former group members and said that she genuinely enjoyed the performance.

Roberson spoke to Celebuzz recently and said that the Destiny's Child reunion served as a surprise for her.

"Obviously, seeing Beyonce perform was the highlight for me," Roberson told Celebuzz. "I got a real surprise when both Kelly [Rowland] and Michelle [Williams] both popped-up on the stage like that."

While Roberson said there was a possibility that the group encountered technical difficulties during the performance, she gave them nothing but compliments.

"I thought they all looked great and did a good job with their dance moves. Beyonce was especially amazing. She looked fabulous and her voice was really strong," Roberson told Celebuzz. "During the performance somebody texted me to say they could not hear Kelly and Michelle sing. It was so noisy in the house where we watched the performance that I did not really notice anything wrong. But who knows? They probably had some technical problems."

Although Roberson and former group member LeToya Luckett once filed a lawsuit against their former group, she has no ill feelings toward them.

"It was great to see them all performing together and I have no bitter or bad feelings toward any of those women. I wish them all the best," she told Celebuzz. "I am at a good place in my life and things always work out for a reason. I am working on several projects with both acting and music that are exciting to me."

Beyonce spoke to "Extra" after her performance where she spoke about being proud of the reunion with her former group members who joined her on the Super Bowl halftime stage.

"I'm feeling so proud, it was a really beautiful day," she told "Extra." "All the hard work, five months of preparation, and it was really great. It really was a magnificent night for me and the girls."
