'This is not the way Jesus lays out for us': Pastors condemn storming of US Capitol

Sam Collier, who with his wife, Toni, leads the new Hillsong Atlanta church, tweeted

“The greatest thing about the political and racial unrest that we face today, is that it shows us the urgent work of unity that has to be done in this country.”

On Instagram, Toni led a prayer for the nation. “A Prayer for our nation and our anxiety. Get in a quiet space. Close your eyes. And let’s just pray. 5 minutes to reset at the feet of Jesus. Prayer hasn’t lost its power,” she captioned the video.
