Phil Costa, Brooke Hogan Engaged (PHOTO)

Brooke Hogan announced her engagement to NFL star Phil Costa via social media over the weekend.

Hulk Hogan's 25-year-old daughter also posted a photo taken during Costa's proposal in Las Vegas on Saturday.

"Happiest moment of my LIFE," Hogan wrote in the caption of a photo on Instagram. "I am marrying my best friend. I am so lucky and grateful."

Costa, who plays for the Dallas Cowboys, is featured on one knee in the snapshot. Alternately, Hogan is seen with her hand covering her mouth in surprise.

"I look scary but this is the face of total SHOCK," Hogan added to another photo.

The legendary wrestler has not commented on his daughter's new plans to marry, but Hogan's brother Nick shared his reaction.

"My sister is getting married," the 22-year-old wrote on Twitter. "Congratulations Brookey!"

Hogan is best known for her appearance on VH1's "Hogan Knows Best" alongside her famous father and the rest of their family.

Then, in 2008, Hogan appeared on her own spin-off show, "Brooke Knows Best."

The happy news will likely be a welcomed change for Hulk Hogan as the wrestler has been embroiled in a legal battle with Gawker Media.

Back in October, the wrestling icon filed a $100 million lawsuit in federal court against Gawker Media for publishing a stolen video of him in a sexual encounter with a former colleague's ex-wife, but it was unsuccessful.

Consequently, he withdrew the suit in December in order to re-file his lawsuit in a Florida state court.

Then, in May, Hogan's representative confirmed that a Florida state court has granted the WWE star's request for a restraining order, prohibiting the site to post clips or photos from the infamous tape, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The wrestler plans to sue based on the claim that Gawker infringed on his rights by posting the explicit tape.

Meanwhile, the ruling demanded that the gossip cite and its affiliates to return all copies and versions of the full-length tape to Hogan's attorneys, including clips, photos and transcripts.
