Pretty Little Liars Season 7 Episode 6 Recap: Someone killed Sara Harvey and attacked Alison; Is Elliott really dead?
Aria confesses everything to Ezra. He proposes again.
Pretty Little Liars returned after two weeks of leaving viewers with the cliffhanger of Ezra's epic proposal to Aria. Tuesday's episode answers that, at least, but ends with another cliffhanger and a shocking death.
Sara Harvey is dead
Sara Harvey's bloody body was found in the bathtub of her room at The Radley by a maid. Earlier, she was seen by Emily going up to Jenna's room in the hotel. Emily decided to bring up their room service order but found Jenna playing a flute in the couch.
She snooped through Jenna's computer but Sara interrupted her. Emily accused Jenna of threatening the Liars but Jenna explained that she was Charlotte's friend and was even helping her to find her birth mother. Sara then told Emily not to come back which the latter misunderstood as a threat. She replied that she was not afraid of Jenna.
"I'm not talking about Jenna," Sara said. "I'm talking about …" Unfortunately, viewers will never find out who she was warning Emily against.
It's really the end for Spencer and Caleb
This week's episode will find a tearful encounter between the former couple after their heartbreaking split several episodes back. Spenser told him she was forever grateful to him for once again opening her heart after Toby.
When Hanna finally confessed to Spencer about her own split from Jordan, the latter took it rather well. She just got disappointed that Hanna did not confide in her. Spencer also advised her old friend to tell Caleb about her break-up.
Alison is attacked
Somebody attacked Alison inside her bedroom and saw "Honey I'm Home" painted on the wall. Someone grabbed her from behind and started choking her. She was able to rip off his mask, the same mask Elliott used to wear, but did not get the chance to see his face.
Alison however knows he is the officer posted in front of her house. Sirens from the approaching police cars scared him off before he could do more damage to Alison.
The Proposal
In the final moments of Episode 6, Aria got a call while at Ezra's about the attack on Alison and was relieved to find out that the Liars did not really kill Elliott. She gets down on one knee and told Ezra everything that happened.
Aria was sure that her revelation would scare him off but Ezra countered her confession with another proposal. This time, she tearfully accepts.
Is Elliott really dead?
Spencer and Hanna got a call from someone who sounded British using Elliott's burner phone. The two went to panic believing that Elliott has crawled out from his shallow grave.
The two friends went back to the woods where they buried him. They found his body decaying right where the Liars left it.
