Real Housewives' Kim Zolciak Evicted From 'Dream' Home?

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak is reportedly being evicted from her Roswell, Ga. mansion after falling behind on rental payments.

Kendra Davis, wife of retired NBA star Antonio Davis, is said to be the owner of Zolciak's home and recently posted cryptic tweets which suggest that she is evicting the reality TV star for failing to pay rent, according to Media Take Out.

"I am not allowing anything to happen. Hence the lawsuit and they have been on notice to call Two Men and a Truck!" Davis tweeted.

Davis, who referenced Zolciak by name in a number of tweets, also took a swipe at the mother of three's finances.

"I would LOVE to compare Net Worth statements. But do people who live check to check have one?? Let's do it!!"

Zolciak and her husband Kroy Biermann moved their family into the luxury pad, which she calls her "dream" home, last year, and it is often featured on the hit Bravo TV shows "Real Housewives of Atlanta" and "Don't Be Tardy For The Wedding."

The 33-year-old quickly shot down rumors that she has been delinquent in making monthly rental payments, and dismissed Davis' tweets as attention seeking behavior.

"Too bad my rent has been paid each and every month on time ...so now what?" Zolciak tweeted.

"Oh! So now I dont pay my rent LMAO...Ppl will say anything for attention. I know if ppl weren't paying me Id have a lawyer not twitter court," she also wrote.

The 17,000-square foot luxury home, reportedly worth $3.25 million, was a recent topic of discussion during the "Real Housewives" reunion special.

Zolciak's co-star, Nene Leakes, accused the 33-year-old and her husband Kroy Biermann of pretending to own their lavish home when they are allegedly renting.

The expectant mother admitted that they had initially rented the home during the NFL lockout period because Biermann's position with the Atlanta Falcons was uncertain, but claimed that they were in the process of purchasing it.

"B---- I do, but guess what, we're closing next month. We bought the house. You know why we rented? Because Kroy [Biermann, her NFL player husband] is a free agent," Zolciak said during the reunion special.
