San Francisco 49ers vs Seattle Seahawks Live Stream: Watch NFL 2014 Football Online (Fox TV Info)

The San Francisco 49ers go on the road on Sunday to the Seattle Seahawks knowing that they may well have to win out the season from here to stand a chance of making the postseason. However, the Seahawks have had a surge recently, which has seen them move up into the 5th seed position in the NFC. Today's game will start at 4.25 p.m. ET and takes place from CenturyLink Field in Seattle, Washington. The game can be watched on TV on the Fox network or online through live stream (details below).

The 49ers come into today's game on 7-6 knowing that their postseason hopes hang by a thread. Even if they do manage to win out and move to 10-6 there is still no guarantee that would be enough to clinch a postseason berth.

The Seahawks had looked in trouble a month or so back, but a recent surge of wins has moved them to 9-4 and puts them in a good position to move into the postseason in an attempt to defend their Super Bowl title.

After today's game against the 49ers, the Seahawks will go on the road to face number 1 seeded Arizona Cardinals before returning home on the final day of the season to face the St Louis Rams.

Coming into Week 15 the NFL Playoffs picture remains up in the air, and there is still a huge amount up for grabs for many teams.

In the AFC, the New England Patriots currently occupy the number 1 seed placing, which would secure them home field advantage all the way through to the Super Bowl game. However, they are being chased by the Denver Broncos, and with both of those teams on 10-3 there is still everything to play for and the race could go all the way to the final week of the season.

The Indianapolis Colts are in the 3rd seed position in the AFC with a record of 9-4, which keeps them marginally above the Cincinnati Bengals in 4th who are 8-4-1. Taking up the final two Wild Card spots right now are the Pittsburgh Steelers who are 8-5 and the San Diego Chargers, who have the same record.

But the Steelers and the Chargers have no room for mistakes, as there are a stream of other teams chasing them for the Wild Card spots should they slip up. The Baltimore Ravens are in the 7th seed position right now, but are also 8-5, where as the Houston Texans, Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs are all lined up on 7-6.

Meanwhile, in the NFC, the Arizona Cardinals have managed to snap their losing streak to just about hold onto the number 1 seed position. They are 11-3, but with the Packers coming into this weekend on 10-3 and in the number 2 seed position, they will be able to pull up right alongside the Cardinals with a win.

The Philadelphia Eagles are currently in the 3rd seed spot on 9-4, and the Atlanta Falcons take 4th seed position despite being on a lowly 5-8 thanks to the horribly poor NFC South where no team is even close to .500.

The 5th and 6th seedings are currently occupied by the Seattle Seahawks and the Detroit Lions who are both on 9-4. Still in the running are the 9-4 Dallas Cowboys, 7-5 San Francisco 49ers, 6-7 Minnesota Vikings and 5-8 New Orleans Saints.

Today's big game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Seattle Seahawks will start at 4.25 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the Fox network or online through live stream by clicking here.
