When Leondre Devries, 13, was growing up, he was the subject of relentless bullying. Rather than let the hardships ruin him, he teamed up with Charlie Lenehan, 15, to make something positive from his troubles.

Here on "Britain's Got Talent," the duo, performing under the name Bars & Melody, gets their chance to take a stand against bullying with a rap mash-up with "Hope" by Twista.

The audience goes wild over the positive-minded performance. Even perpetual pessimist Simon Cowell is impressed and presses the Golden Buzzer, which sends the Bars & Melody past the rest of the audition rounds into the live shows.
