Sofia Vergara, Joe Manganiello Dating? 'It's Very, Very New'

Sofia Vergara recently ended her engagement to longtime boyfriend Nick Loeb, but the "Modern Family" actress is already moving on with Joe Manganiello, according to several reports this week.

Manganiello, who is best known for his role on HBO's "True Blood," is said to have first met Vergara at the White House Correspondents Dinner in May, according to an insider.

"It's very, very new," the source told Us magazine. "They're having fun and getting to know each other."

Despite only meeting her this summer, Manganiello had been interested in Vergara for some time, according to a different source.

"Sofia is Joe's dream girl," the insider at Us magazine said. "He's been smitten with her for years. He's always had a crush on her. Things are going well for them so far."

In fact, Manganiello even visited Vergara on the New Orleans set of her latest film. The pair dined at Li'l Dizzy's Café on Sunday, July 6.

"They were very friendly and took pictures with other diners," an eyewitness told Us magazine. "They held each other and kissed several times."

It comes as no surprise that Vergara and Manganiello are dating since the "Magic Mike" actor gushed about the Colombian starlet in a recent interview.

"She's got the curves, she's got the beautiful face, beautiful hair, just gorgeous. Naturally beautiful, she's feisty," Manganiello told People for the Hottest Bachelors issue.

The new romance, which has been confirmed by multiple sources, comes just weeks after Vergara ended her relationship with businessman Loeb. The actress took to social media to confirm the split in May.

"We have been having too many problems with figuring out how to spend time together and because of my work and now his, it's been getting worse and worse," Vergara admitted.

The 41-year-old actress added that her relationship with Loeb was simply "not fun anymore."

"We are still very close but we believe it's the best thing for us right now," Vergara added on WhoSay via Twitter.
