A report from IGN indicated that a 7-minute gameplay video of Battlefront was recently released. The report described that the demo commenced with a scene on the "forest moon of Endor with a group of rebels running through the forest."

The publication went on to mention the appearance of Darth Vader who effortlessly deflects the remaining rebels using the Force as well as his lightsaber.

The seven minute-long gameplay clip really "feels like Star Wars" movie, according to the review.

"By putting all those iconic vehicles, weapons, and characters together, how could they not?" the site said.

Putting the footage aside, a report from PC Gamer meanwhile cited Battlefront assistant producer Jesper Nielsen shedding light into the rumors that the game would use the multiplayer portal Battlelog which was previously incorporated on Battefield 3, Battlefield 4 and even on Medal of Honor: Warfighter.

As stated by the website, this won't be the case for Star Wars: Battlefront.

"That article is based on the fact that the Uprise website mentions that Uprise is working on Star Wars Battlefront. While Uprise has been doing Battlelog, does that automatically mean that we will do Battlelog for Star Wars Battlefront?" Nielsen's statement in NeoGAF reads (via PC Gamer). "No, it won't. That can only be an assumption, and I can tell you, no, there won't be Battlelog for Star Wars Battlefront."

"Star Wars: Battlefront" is slated to be released for current-gen gaming consoles PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and on PC this November 17, 2015.
