'Super Smash Bros. 4' News: New DLC Will Be Released Next Month and It Will Be the Last

February will be a good month for video game fans of "Super Smash Bros. 4" since a new DLC will be coming out. New characters, stages, and trophies are expected to be added; however, the sad news is, the characters that are going to be released will be the final character DLC, or downloadable content, for the game.

According to Lawyer Herald, after Cloud Strife from "Final Fantasy VII" and "Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children" became available to players, his character will now be joined by two more playable characters in "Super Smash Bros. 4." They are Fire Emblem's Corrin and Bayonetta from the PlatinumGames.

The Verge said that Bayonetta, from the game of the same title, will be added with both of her costumes from "Bayonetta" and "Bayonetta 2" games. The website said that there is also an additional costume, which is said to be a "Jeanne" colored variant. Fans can also enjoy the same world from the "Bayonetta" game, since the DLC will have its own Umbra Clock Tower stage in "Super Smash Bros. 4."

Joining the other six "Fire Emblem" characters that are already available in the game is Corrin, and it was reported that the character will have a male and female version, according to Cross Map. Both versions are said to be identical, especially with the character's moves. The character is said to come with ability to use the Dragon Fang in order to change into a dragon, and Corrin will also be able to use the final battle form of the Yato blade.

With the exciting additions of the two new playable characters and new stages, gamers are excited to get their hands on the new DLC. However, despite announcing that the new DLC will be coming out next month, the exact release date is not yet confirmed.
