'Switched at Birth' Season 4 News, Spoilers: Christmas Special Episode 'Yuletide Fortune Tellers'
While the fourth season of the hit drama TV series, "Switch at Birth" is yet to air, fans can still see their favorite teenager characters on an upcoming Christmas special episode entitled, "Yuletide Fortune Tellers." The special premieres on Monday, Dec. 8, 2014 on ABC Family.
Viewers will surely love this holiday episode as it will try to explore the possibility of what would have happened if the "accidental" switch between Bay (Vanessa Marano) and Daphne (Katie Leclerc) never happened.
"As the holidays approach, Bay bristles at Kathryn's festive holiday spirit, complete with homemade peanut brittle and Christmas karaoke, while Daphne is frustrated with Regina's usual tradition of movies and Chinese food for Christmas," a short synopsis from The Futon Critic said.
"Then, after a joint family dinner including "magical" garlic knots, they wake to discover that the switch never happened. In this alternate life, Bay (Katie Leclerc) is an Olympic hopeful and Daphne (Vanessa Marano) is a successful artist with an upcoming exhibit. Is it the Christmas miracle they've always wanted? Could they even get back if they tried?" the summary continues.
While this interesting Christmas episode is still yet to come, fans are also wondering on what's going to happen in the main storyline following the previous season's finale. Daphne was arrested and was bound to be taken to jail, but Bay took the blame for her.
"Switched at Birth" Season 4 premiere episode is entitled, "And It Cannot Be Changed." Reports indicated that it will air sometime in January 2015 on ABC Family.
