Taylor Swift, Harry Styles Back Together After VMAs Diss? 'She's Cautious'

Taylor Swift and Harry Styles may be headed for a reconciliation as reports claim the One Direction singer regrets letting the pop singer go.

The famous exes, who split in January after 65 days of dating, were photographed together at an MTV VMAs afterparty where sources claim they had a deep and meaningful conversation. Styles, 19, reportedly confessed that he misses his relationship with Swift, 23. In March the "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer revealed that she initiated the split because she simply could not trust the 1D band member.

"Taylor and Harry had a heart to heart," a source told LOOK magazine. "He's very funny, so can make her defenses come down easily. He told her she was the most stunning girl at the awards and that he was mad to let her go."

The British teen reportedly cheated on Swift in the early stages of their relationship and although she gave him a second chance, she always "felt like he was looking at every girl," she openly told Vanity Fair. While Styles reportedly wants to reconcile, Swift is said to be cautious but open to the idea.

"They're planning another dinner when they're in the same city," the source said. "Taylor's happy to be back in touch with him, as they have a lot of laughs together but she was hurt and she's cautious of going there again."

Swift, who is renowned for penning heartbreak-inspired songs after every failed relationships, is never shy when it comes to discussing Styles. At the MTV VMAs the pop star won the "Best Female Video" VMA for her hit song "I Knew You Were Trouble" and her acceptance speech left fans speculating whether the song was written about Styles.

"I also wanna thank the person who inspired ['I Knew You Were Trouble'], who knows exactly who he is, because now I got one of these!" Swift told the roaring crowd.

In addition to Swift's acceptance speech diss, the singer was caught on camera allegedly uttering offensive words about the English-Irish boy band to Selena Gomez. 1D took to the stage at the start of the night to present the award for Best Pop Video and Swift appeared to look away in disgust before saying "Shut the f--- up," according to Daily Mail.
