'The Following' Spoilers: Is There a New Cult in Town? (VIDEO)

"The Following" shocked viewers with the return of Claire and the deaths of Korban cult leader Micah and his wife. Joe Carroll is now back in charge of a cult and Ryan and Mike are hot on his trail. Tonight finds Ryan and Mike in grave danger, yet again, after a cult attack, but was it Joe's cult that carried out the massacre?

According to Fox, Ryan and Mike both find themselves in jeopardy while investigating a deadly massacre that they believe to be the work of Joe Carroll, the notorious serial killer who has haunted both of them for some time now. But is the attack actually that of Joe, or is another cult on the move? Remember that Lily, one of Joe's devotees, is still on the lam after her son was killed, and she has promised Ryan and Mike that she has plenty of "surprises" still in store for them.

However, there could be yet another new cult on the rise looking to make a name for itself. That would mean possible competition between Joe's cult and this new leader, as Joe wants to eliminate all competition and be the sole name of power, authority, and has promised that no one will feel safe while he is still alive. Joe has worked hard to gain control of the Korban cult and will continue to have to earn the devotion of his followers.
