The Man in the High Castle Season 2 Updates: "The Man's" identity will be revealed; Series is Amazon's most streamed original series
Season 2 premiere will be on December 16.

Fans of Amazon's The Man in the High Castle will be able to meet the man in the flesh next season. Although he remained a mystery during the whole of Season 1, EP Isa Hackett revealed at the Television Critics Association that he will be revealed in Season 2. It was announced on Monday that next season will premiere on December 16.
Amazon's Most Streamed Original Series
Amazon declared The Man in the High Castle as its most popular original series by having the most streams by Amazon Prime members. Amazon, however did not provide the numbers to back up the claim.
Based on Philip K. Dick's Hugo award winning 1962 alternate history novel, the one-hour drama series is set in a world where Germany and Japan won World War II. Although the basic premise was based on the book, Hackett says that much of the tv series has gone its own way since there have been a lot of areas from the original source that are yet left to explore.
Some Season 2 Details
Moving forward, the series will be without its creator, Frank Spotnitz. His departure however will not have an effect on the story says producer David Zucker. He added that the writing team remains intact is exactly the same as last season.
Still according to Zucker, Season 2 "will be incredibly expansive," and impossible to predict. The story will resume with Juliana facing the consequences of her decision in betraying the Resistance and allowing Joe Blake to escape the Pacific Islands. He is a suspected Nazi agent and he escaped with a film that was intended for the Man in the High Castle.
Joe returns to the Reich as a hero. However, when he is thrust into Berlin, the Nazi capital, he comes face to face with his father who abandoned him. Frank is drawn further into the resistance as he becomes more radicalized after he sees images of his own executions in the mysterious films.
