'The Originals' Season 3 Spoilers: The Mikaelson United in Danger
The upcoming episode of "The Originals" season 3 is expected to try and bring the Mikaelson family together.
Previous episodes of the season have been building up the friction between Klaus, played by Joseph Morgan, and Elijah Mikaelson, played by Daniel Gillies. It began when Klaus realized that Elijah turned to Aurora, played by Rebecca Breed, and had her find a way to hurt him. Because of that, fans are waiting for Klaus to retaliate.
However, the upcoming episode of the season is expected to bring another conflict to the family. It was reported that the town will soon face the challenge of The Trinity and The Strix, which will strongly affect the family. With that, Freya is expected to do her best in order to keep the family together. In addition, she will be working toward keeping her brothers from destroying each other.

In addition, the youngest Mikaelson, Rebekah, played by Claire Holt, will be the target of the upcoming threat. With that, the family will have to put all differences aside in order to keep their little sister safe.
The executive producer of the series, Michael Narducci, also shared some details about the family. According to TVLine, he said, "These vampires understand a prophecy has been delivered that the Mikaelsons are going to die. [They're thinking], 'Even though we have strife between us, the danger is that we'll be wiped out when our sires are wiped out. Let's put aside our differences and find a way to hijack this prophecy and make it work out in our best interest.'"
The Strix will also be meeting with Hayley, played by Phoebe Tonkin, and Marcel, played by Charles Michael Davis. With that, the two will be learning some shocking information about their family. Meanwhile, Klaus will be probing around to figure out who Aurora is loyal to. It was recently revealed that Aurora was in love with Klaus before he was a vampire. As for the others, Lucien, played by Andrew Lees, will be working on leaving Cami, played by Leah Pipes.
