3. 'We could pay $1,000 up to $1,500 for a liver'

Another video filmed at the 2015 National Abortion Federation commercial tradeshow shows a discussion a CMP investigator had with Planned Parenthood New York City’s Abortion Services Director, Dr. Stacey De-Lin. The Planned Parenthood director said her bosses would be "very happy" if they could be paid as high as $1,000 to $1,500 for “intact specimens.” 

She added that the people she had to receive approval from would be pleased about the "financial incentive" for harvesting intact livers.
