Tim Tebow, Khloe Kardashian, Meagan Good, Honor Jesus With Easter Tweets

While some people were tweeting about bunnies and scavenger hunts on Easter Sunday, a number of celebrities took to the social media website to honor the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Khloe Kardashian, the host of "X Factor" and reality television star, mentioned that she was watching The Bible series on Easter Sunday. However, the 28-year-old also made sure to mention the name of Jesus in her tweets.

"We owed a debt we couldn't pay; Jesus paid a debt He didn't owe," Kardashian tweeted. "Happy Easter xo."

Evelyn Lozada, another reality television star, also took to Twitter to let her fans know that the holiday meant more to her than bunnies and eggs.

"Resurrection Sunday!!! Happy Easter!! I love all of u," Lozada,37, tweeted. "Great day at church with my BOYS."

Meagan Good, the 31-year-old Christian Hollywood actress, shared a message about Jesus on her Instagram account.

"I may not be perfect but Jesus thinks I'm to die for," Good shared on Instagram.

Michelle Williams, the 32-year-old gospel singer and one-third of the R&B group Destiny's Child, also took to her Instagram account to share what she said Easter truly meant to her.

"I am forgiven, death has been conquered and the guilt of my sins washed away," Williams shared on Instagram. "What today really means to me."

Tim Tebow, the 25-year-old Christian NFL QB, shared a biblical scripture with his Twitter followers on Easter.

"Because He lives we can face tomorrow, we have faith, hope and love and we have the gift of eternal life! #ThankYouJesus #John316," Tebow tweeted.

Jeremy Lin, the 25-year-old Houston Rockets point guard, also honored Jesus with his tweets while wishing his Twitter followers a happy Easter.

"Death is swallowed up in victory," Lin tweeted. "He is Risen! Happy Easter!!"

Bubba Watson, the 34-year-old Christian professional golfer, seemed to share the same sentiments as Lin but took more of a simplistic approach when tweeting.

"#HeIsRisen," Watson tweeted.
