Production on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will begin in August.

The manufacturing process is set to begin in a matter of weeks, according to the Korean site ETNews. Samsung's upstream suppliers will begin received orders for components for the Note 3 starting in August. This information surfaced in a report touching on the recent drop in component orders from Samsung for the lower-than-expected demand for the Galaxy S4.

The device will feature a 5.7-inch display, according to a tweet sent out by @Evleaks.

"Samsung Galaxy Note 3 tipped as having a 5.7-inch screen," said the site on its Twitter account. Previous rumors have stated that Samsung will go with a 5.99-inch display for this device, however, the company recently launched its Galaxy Mega line that features the Mega 5.8, which is bigger than the Note 2.

Samsung might want to keep the Note at a slightly smaller size in order to keep the Mega line relevant to those looking for a massive smartphone.

The @evleaks Twitter account usually announces genuine information on upcoming devices. This means there is a good chance that the Note 3 will end up with a 5.7-inch display. The Galaxy Note 2 features a 5.5-inch screen.
