Washington Redskins vs. Cincinnati Bengals Live Stream: Watch NFL Football

The Washington Redskins look to get on a winning trend when they host a Cincinnati Bengals team that has been struggling to stop opponents.

Redskins coach Mike Shanahan will have to plug the holes in Washington's secondary after the skins were dominated in the air by the St. Louis Rams last week. The Rams were able to pick apart the secondary with quarterback Sam Bradford throwing for 310 yards along with three touchdowns.

The Redskins task will be made even more difficult given that two top defensive players will not suit up. Two-time Pro Bowl linebacker Brian Orakpo and defensive end Adam Carriker both left the game last Sunday and are expected to miss extended time. Orakpo tore a pectoral muscle and Carriker ruptured a ligament in his knee during Washington's 31-28 Week 2 loss to St. Louis.

But the Redskins do have two rookie offensive play-makers that Shanahan is looking to produce veteran type numbers. Rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III and running back Alfred Morris lead the league in their offensive categories among rookies so far.

For the Bengals they look to prove to everyone that they are a mid-tier team and solid playoff contender, but after getting blown out by the Baltimore Ravens for their season opener and struggling to win against the lowly Cleveland Browns many skeptics still remain.

Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton did manage to throw for 318 yards and a career best-tying three touchdowns, but the Bengals were outgained 439 yards to 375 yards in total offense. The Cincinnati defense will have to fix a defensive squad that ranks near the bottom, allowing an average of 434.5 yards per game which is only good enough to rank 30th in the league.

Coverage for the game starts at 1:00 p.m. and can be seen on CBS or can be watched online here.
